English Spanish Classroom 2025

IN COLABORATION WITH THE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION:

PSICOLOGIA PARA TODOS.

The organization Psychology for All began as an academic project in one of the courses of the Psychology degree at the Universidad del Valle de México (UVM), in the State of Mexico, led by Óscar P., Marixa U., and Patricia G. What started as a simple academic assignment soon transcended the classroom, and in 2014 it was officially established as a nonprofit organization under the legal name Pockpon A.C., with a valid tax ID and CLUNI key to this day. Its mission is focused on the integral development of children in vulnerable conditions.

During its first two years, we taught computer and English classes to children in a foster home located in the State of Mexico, which is still in operation. Later, under the direction of student Samuel S., a fundraising campaign was organized, which enabled the purchase of orthopedic shoes and glasses for one of the children in the foster home.

Despite two years of hard work, we were forced to cease in-person activities due to economic constraints. However, we continued to spread our mission through social media, keeping the spirit and commitment to our cause alive.

PSICOLOGIA PARA TODOS.

La organización Psicología para Todos comenzó como un proyecto académico en una de las materias de la carrera de Psicología en la Universidad del Valle de México (UVM), en el Estado de México, liderado por Óscar P., Marixa U., y Patricia G. Lo que inició como una simple tarea académica pronto trascendió el aula, y en 2014 se estableció oficialmente como una organización sin fines de lucro bajo el nombre fiscal Pockpon A.C., la cual cuenta con número fiscal y clave CLUNI válidos hasta la fecha. Su misión se centra en el desarrollo integral de niños en condiciones vulnerables.

Durante sus primeros dos años, impartimos clases de computación e inglés a niños en una casa hogar ubicada en el Estado de México, la cual sigue en operación. Posteriormente, bajo la dirección del alumno Samuel S., se organizó una colecta de fondos que permitió la compra de zapatos ortopédicos y lentes para uno de los niños de la casa hogar.

A pesar de dos años de arduo trabajo, nos vimos obligados a cesar las actividades presenciales debido a limitaciones económicas. Sin embargo, continuamos difundiendo nuestra misión a través de las redes sociales, manteniendo vivo el espíritu y el compromiso con nuestra causa.
